Randy is an award-winning producer who develops and produces original and acquired property for film, television, video and stage. With her vast experience in video and independent film, Randy wanted to create True Poetry Productions.

Randy is the producer for the award winning film Nail Polish, 35mm Feature Film, Winner of Best 35mm Feature Film at Long Island Film Expo 2007, Best Home Grown Feature at Garden State Film Festival 2007, Panavision New Filmmaker’s Grant, and Fleishhacker Grant, with director Jane Ainbinder.

Co-producer for The Time We Killed, 16mm Feature Film, Co-Producer, Nominated for a Independent Spirit Award, Fipresci award winner at Berlinale Best NY, NY Feature at Tribeca Film Festival 2004, Outstanding Artistic Achievement at Outfest 2004), with award-winning director Jennifer Reeves.

Randy is producer and actor with Stern Sugar Pictures for the Feature Film Tweaker With An Axe, soon to enter the festival circuit/be released. She has also produced, directed, and written numerous short films. Randy was the packaging co-producer of the feature film To Life, L’Chaim, starring Maximilian Schell, Tippi Hedren, and Malick Bowens, with Oscar-winning Director Arthur Hiller and DP Allen Daviau.

She was producer and post production shooting director and an actress for the music video for the song “Va Va Voom To The Moon” by the Grammy nominated band Fans Of Jimmy Century (MTV, VH1). Randy directed and produced and appeared in the music video for the song “Hot Sahara" by Fans of Jimmy Century (featured on TV shows The L Word, Ugly Betty, and many more). She produced and performed/sang in Las Vegas in Fans Of Jimmy Century's live show Fatale Originale on the Las Vegas Strip (Southside), at The Copa Room. She is a singer/performer and producer in Jackson Rose Presents Bourbon and Jazz, most recently at The South Point Casino in Las Vegas.

Randy is an award nominated actress for starring in the feature film Three Barbecues for Film Threat, she has co-starred and been featured in 16 independent films and over 30 stage productions, as well as numerous music videos and voiceovers.

Randy is the producer, director, and 3rd season co-host for the podcast, Be The Flame - Where Fire & Magic Meet.

Randy is a published poet, writer, and award-winning fine art painter.

Randy has her B.F.A. from the Art Academy of Cincinnati.

Guy Ragland is an award winning fine art photographer, as well as an emerging talent as a Cinematographer, producer, film editor, audio engineer, writer, and composer that creates film, video, original composed music for screen, stage, podcast, and soundtrack. He has gone by the stage name, Jackson Rose, for many of his professional credits.
Guy strives to capture the passion and intensity of the human experience. He finds beauty in the most unexpected places. Guy looks for the raw passion in the individual; and the magnetic forces that draw people together.
In collaboration with producer/director Randy Sterns, Guy edited videos for the Hard Rock Hotel Farewell Tour. He has produced, edited, and composed a documentary short for Dr. Shadia Koury at Chiropractic for Life regarding infant and newborn pediatric care. Guy was director of photography, editor, and composer for the documentary short series about Pediatric Reiki Master, Amy Barilla, as well as the podcast Amy hosted, Be The Flame - Where Fire & Magic Meet.
Guy has also produced, photographed, edited, and composed short art film projects including what he refers to as Visual Poems.
Guy is a touring musician, bandleader, producer, and studio owner. He was 1 of 5 students selected for an exclusive songwriting and vocal Master Class with Gino Vannelli. Guy has recorded with jazz greats, Joe La Barbera, Bill Cunliffe, Tom Warrington, and Larry Koontz who have toured and recorded with the likes of Tony Bennett, Bill Evans, Buddy Rich, and Rod Stewart.
Guy has been a musician of forty-five years. He cultivated a love of jazz by studying the rich history of musicians who have brought the genre to life. He created the stage show “Jackson Rose presents Bourbon & Jazz”; and the show was most recently performed at Southpoint Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
Guy is also a published author and poet.
